Fall Is Here!

Finally, Fall has arrived.  It amazes me how beautiful Sacramento really is this time of year.  The leaves are beginning to fall and the air is just a tad bit cooler.  Now, things are going to start getting crazy.  Halloween is a week and half away.  I can hardly wait to attend my Frank's birthday party, he wants me to dress like a Zombie.  Is there such a thing as a pretty Zombie?  Not that I am pretty, I just don't want to do blood and guts.

Anyway, enough of that, I could go on about Frank forever.  I am starting to mark in all of my Holiday merchandise and the local Holiday Boutiques are about to start.  First, will be Sierra School on November 6th from 9am until 4pm.  I will have lots of Holiday and everyday merchandise for sale.  I will also have the beautiful reclaimed jewels from Cheres Amies.  These three ladies take old vintage chains, stones, crystals and make them into beautiful works of art.  Also, I will Kathy Abraham's felted flowers and artwork.

I will also be participating in the Sacred Heart Home Tour Boutique and Jesuit's Christmas Tree Lane.  I will post those dates later.  Off to work now!  I love it!

I Should be in Paris

This is my very first blog.   When the weather starts to change I am always reminded of the first time my husband took me to Paris.  We had the most incredible time and then he took me back to Paris a year later.  So now I feel like I should be in Paris when the weather starts to change from Summer to Fall.

The last few days I have been preparing for the Roseville Antique Market, which is coming up Sunday, September 19th.  The girls from the Tattered House (some call them The Tattered Girls) are hosting the day and I have rented a space to sell some of my vintage things.  I will be posting pictures as I uncover some of the fabulous finds that must be sold.  In addition to my booth THE LOVE OF MY LIFE will be playing music at the Roseville Antique Market.  Frankie (TLOMF) will be playing acoustically with his Dad.  The name of this duo is called
"Frank n'Daddy".  They both play professionally in other bands around Sacramento and Roseville.

I love doing this antique market because it is always so festive and I see tons of friends when I am in Roseville.
